Account Settings

In this screen, you are able to make changes to your existing HYDROS account.

Login Options

Primary Account Email: This is the main account for your HYDROS devices. You can change this email address here.

WARNING: You can only change your email to another email address that has NOT been registered with HYDROS. You cannot use an existing email that is already in the HYDROS cloud.

Password: A place to  change your HYDROS app password.

Security

Biometric Authentication: Here you can enable face or fingerprint recogition to log in. For for information, follow this link.

Biometric Authentication

This allows you to use face or fingerprint recognition to quickly login to your HYDROS app. 

Notification Settings

Notification Email: This is an alternate email address where you can select to send notifications INSTEAD of the primary account email address.  

TIP: HYDROS is compatible with email-to-text email accounts.

Purge Push Notifications: This will let you remove your current mobile phone or tablet from any HYDROS device that is sending you notifications, whether you own the device or not.

TIP: If you’re getting push notifications from HYDROS devices you don’t recognize—maybe a friend signed into their HYDROS on your phone or tablet, or you helped someone and logged into their account—you can simply use this button to stop receiving those notifications.
WARNING: This will remove all notifications sent to your current phone or tablet. To resume receiving push notifications from your HYDROS devices, you will need to sign out of the HYDROS app and sign back in.

Danger Zone

This allows you to delete your HYDROS account permanently.  

WARNING:

    • One CAN NOT undo this action
    • Any devices tied to the deleted account will not be accessible. Therefore, you MUST delete the devices from your account FIRST before deleting the account.
