Configuration Mismatch Warning

When you encounter a ‘Configuration Mismatch’ warning on your HYDROS app, it’s crucial to understand that this indicates one of the devices in the collective was unable to download or receive the latest upload sent. 

The main reason is that the device is not connected to the internet or was temporarily disconnected from the cloud while you pushed the upload. 

Step 1: Check Cloud Connectivity

  • To check if your device is connected to the cloud, you can go to Device Properties. You can access it by tapping on the upper right-hand corner of the status screen and selecting Device Properties.
  • Once you’re there, look for the WiFi symbol on the left side of your device’s name. If it’s green, your device is connected to the cloud, and you can proceed to step 2 below.
  • However, it is not connected if it’s yellow or red. To fix this issue, you can reboot your device to establish a connection.

Step 2: Upload Changes Again

  • Once you have confirmed connectivity, return to the status screen, tap in the upper right-hand corner, and select “Upload Changes.”
