The HYDROS Device can only be registered to one account at a time. This means that one cannot register the device until the unit is deleted from all other accounts.
WARNING: ONLY the original registration email or HYDROS representative can unregister a device from an account. If you purchased the device used, you will need to contact the original owner and have them unregister the device for you.
To DELETE the device from your HYDROS account:
Step 1: Log in to the HYDROS and select the device
Step 2: Remove the device
- If the device is not present, WAIT for the screen to display “Device XXXX is not responding”
- Tap on the three horizontal dots on the upper right-hand corner and select “Device Properties”
- Tap on “Delete Device”
That is it! The device is now unregistered and it can be added to the new account.
