The HYDROS power strip and HYDROS app work hand-in-hand to create rules and schedules to turn different pieces of aquarium gear on or off. The HYDROS 4 Outlet WiFi AC Power Strip is included with the Control Starter Kits and is also available for purchase for system expansion.

These outlets are ideal for controlling the power to aquarium devices such pumps, power-heads, lights, heaters, algae scrubbers, UV sterilizers, protein skimmers, and more.
Set-up Example – Connect a protein skimmer, return pump and two flow pumps to the power strip. Then use the HYDROS App to create a rule that makes all connected gear turn off during routine maintenance such as a water change. You can then set up a rule to have the equipment automatically turn back when maintenance is complete.
These ports are ideal for connecting and controlling low power aquarium devices such as fans, WiFi Fish Feeder, LED cabinet lights, and tablet.
Set-up Example – Add two cooling fans to your aquarium. Simply connect them to the USB ports and then using the HYDROS App, create a rule that makes the fans turn on if the aquarium water gets too warm*. Then have it automatically turn off when the water temperature drops back down to its ideal range.
