If you are setting up your HYDROS WaveEngine and you keep getting the error “Cloud Registration Failed = Conflict,” it means you are trying to register a device that is already registered to someone else.
The HYDROS WaveEngine can only be registered to one account at a time. This means that one cannot register the device until the unit is deleted from all other accounts.
You may have to contact the previous owner of the device and have them remove the device from their HYDROS account. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to our “Unregister a Device” article.
