Sometimes, if HYDROS cannot detect the SD card, it will show an error. The cause of the issue could be any of the following:
- SD card became corrupt during an upload or power outage
- SD needs to be reseated
- SD card is missing
If your HYDROS Device shows a “Bad SD Card,” here is what you can do:
Option 1: Remove/Reseat/Replace the SD card
- Power down the HYDROS unit
- Remove the screws from the lid and pull off the lid and PCB board
- Check if the SD card is present
- If present, remove the SD card and install it again.
- Power the unit back up and check to see if the error remains
- If “a” did not work, replace the SD card with a “temporary” micro SD card (any capacity will work)
