Breathing Red

If your HYDROS Device reboots and starts breathing RED, it means that the HYDROS Device could not connect to your WiFi using the credentials you entered.  It could be the result of:

  • An incorrect WiFi password was entered.
    TIP: The WiFi Password is case sensitive meaning that if your WiFi Password is IcECaP, then you MUST type in IcECaP.  Otherwise, it will not work.
  • You tried to connect the controller to a 5GHz WiFi network.

To fix the problem:

  • Restart your router and wait for your internet connection to come back.  Make sure that you are able to browse the internet after you restarted the router.
  • Restart the HYDROS Device by unplugging the power supply cable DIRECTLY from the HYDROS Device.
  • If the STATUS LED light is breathing PINK or RED, rerun the setup, starting with STEP 3.
