The HYDROS Duet is a professional-grade aquarium controller and monitoring system built around two super-duty liquid dosing pumps, engineered for high-volume liquid management in both freshwater and saltwater aquariums. Designed for demanding applications like automatic water changes, calcium reactor effluent control, kalkwasser additions, liquid food dosing, and sulfur reactor feeding, the Duet delivers the precision and reliability that hobbyists and professionals depend on.
It works seamlessly as a standalone controller or as part of a broader HYDROS ecosystem, and when paired with a HYDROS XP8, it unlocks full outlet control over lights, pumps, feeders, and other accessories. Real-time alerts and push notifications keep you connected to your aquarium around the clock.
HYDROS devices are utilizing an entirely new way to measure parameters. A Sense Port is a universal input port that can gather data from numerous sensors.
Drive ports provide power (switched 12Vdc) and communicate between devices! They also monitor current and can be notified if a failure occurs.
The HYDROS App allows you to create rules and schedules to control up to eight Wi-Fi devices, such as the HYDROS fish feeder, power strips, and smart outlet. Accessories are sold separately.
The Command Bus not only powers the Control, but it also communicates with other HYDROS devices for the ultimate failsafe.

Schedule each aquarium life support system component to run at a specific time, frequency, or intensity. You can also use real-time data and easily configure more complex actions.
The HYDROS system forms a web to monitor and control equipment like water level sensors, automatic top-off pumps, and others. Unlike other automation systems, HYDROS Control can eliminate communication problems and maintain control of the aquarium even if a device is removed or shuts down.
